iRoll 65
iRoll 65 has a basic design that guarantees an eclectic light direction that fully respects the aesthetic values of the space where it resides. The multitude of optics and lamps make iRoll 65 the answer to lighting requirements in covered pedestrian areas, colonnades, shelters, underpasses, and malls. This range of fittings was designed to ensure easy installation as well as an efficient and economical maintenance management.
iRoll 65 is available in two different sizes with the possibility of application both as ceiling-mountings as well as wall-mountings – with down and up/down emission. iRoll 65 is a lighting system for direct and indirect lighting, for use with discharge, fluorescent, and halogen lamps. It is available with fixed optics and adjustable optics (±20° on the vertical axis and 360° on the horizontal plane). The horizontal versions have a graduated scale system for precision aim.
A wide array of accessories is available: coloured filters, refractors for elliptical distribution of the light flow, and anti-glare spill-rings for HIT lamps. A surprisingly complete range, to effectively suit any lighting project: isolation class I and fixed optic (“light” versions); isolation class II and adjustable optic (“professional” versions), electromagnetic and electronic power supplies. Compliance with norms DIN/VDE 0710 part 13 guarantees installation in sporting arenas as well.
True flexibility along with a multitude of optics in this range of fittings bring out the value of porticos, shelters, covered pedestrian areas, underpasses, and malls. iRoll 65 has a wide range of light beam distribution, which allows the fittings to respond to the different lighting needs of the spaces they are installed. Light has to highlight special details, but at the same time it has to create homogeneous and effective lighting for large areas without light dispersion or glare.
iRoll 65 has an innovative installation system that simplifies and speeds up installation operations as well as maintenance, with improved energy savings. After fastening the base to the ceiling and connecting the electricity to the terminal box, a steel cable is inserted (attached to the body of the product) into the base, allowing the body to remain suspended in total safety until installation is complete. Now it is possible to connect the electricity wires via the quick-connecting terminals. The entire process does not require tools.
Body installation
• The body is connected to the base via a hinge.
• The steel pin is inserted into its slot on the base.
• The clip fastens the body to the base, and a captive hexagonal screw serves an anti-theft purpose.
Optical aim
• Springs for fast hooking to extract/remove the multigroove
• The section of space dedicated to the inclination (±20°) and rotation (180°) of the reflector is visible
• Users can utilize any tool for the optic aim, even while the lamp is on (without danger of burns)
Spill-ring installation on adjustable optics
• The spill ring can be inserted/removed from the pin extremity
• The spill-ring can be fastened/removed by pressing on the spring on the opposite side of the pin
• The lower frame is fastened to the body via a hinge and a captive hexagonal screw
iRoll 65 has an optical assembly, base for ceilings or walls, arm (wall-mounting version) and frame made of die-cast aluminium alloy with acrylic liquid paint finish that is highly resistant to atmospheric agents and UV rays; sodium calcium transparent tempered glass, 4mm thick, is connected with silicone to the frame.
iRoll is available with the following control gears: electromagnetic (for discharge lamps) and electronic (for discharge and fluorescent lamps). Fluorescent versions for emergency lighting are equipped with inverter and battery pack; emergency versions have permanent duration of 1 hour. The up/down light wall versions have two metal halide lamps. The fitting has separate switches for the lamps.
The technical characteristics of the fitting comply with EU standards.
